Need urgent help now?

A crisis ending does not necessarily mean everything is fixed.

Follow the clinical plan

Attend follow-up, take medication as prescribed and use any safety or crisis plan agreed with professionals.

Talk about what happened when appropriate

What warning signs appeared? What helped? Who needs to know? What would make getting help earlier next time easier?

Supporters may need support too

A crisis can be frightening for partners, relatives and friends. It is reasonable for them to process what happened and establish sustainable boundaries.
