We are not publishing invented launch prices simply to make the site look finished. The final membership model will only be published once the clinical pathway, pharmacy/provider arrangements and support package are confirmed.

Clinical assessment
Any required clinician review should be clear rather than hidden inside vague “membership” wording.
Treatment costs
If medication is supplied through a partner, users should understand whether medicine is included or charged separately.
Monitoring & support
Follow-up, progress review, side-effect routes and lifestyle support should be visible in the price structure.
Tests
Any blood tests, monitoring or additional clinical costs should be declared rather than appearing later as surprises.
Maintenance
If the long-term programme differs from active weight-loss treatment, the transition and cost should be explained.
Cancellation / stopping
People should understand how to stop membership, change treatment or leave the programme.
Our pricing principles
- No “from £X” headline if almost nobody realistically pays £X.
- No hiding medicine, clinician or test fees in small print.
- No artificial countdown discounts.
- No recommendation based on the highest commercial margin.
- No claim that private treatment is automatically better than NHS care.
