Choose one route to explore, then prepare three questions
For a new visit, use Treatment Finder to enter your preferences and explore the options. It does not decide clinical eligibility or guarantee access to treatment.
- Write down what you want help with: appetite, weight history, day-to-day habits or choosing between treatment routes.
- Use Treatment Finder and compare one or two relevant routes, including lifestyle support, costs and aftercare.
- Take your current measurements, medicines and three unanswered questions to the appropriate professional.
The legacy NHS pathway calculator, weight-loss scenarios and personal GP report need a previously saved health questionnaire profile. The current Health MOT information page does not create one. An empty report is not a useful referral or personal assessment.

Decision Support Centre
Turn your health picture into better questions.
Explore routes worth discussing: lifestyle support, NHS care, medicines and surgery. Some tools use a previously saved browser profile; this page does not assess clinical suitability.
“Strongly worth exploring” does not mean “recommended”. It means your answers give you a sensible reason to learn about or discuss that route. Clinical suitability still needs an appropriate professional.
What is driving those results?

NHS pathway checker
This separates NICE clinical criteria from current NHS access and rollout. Those are not the same thing.
ICBs and specialist services can have different referral routes, capacity and commissioning arrangements. This tool cannot see your local live formulary or waiting list.
What would different levels of weight loss mean?
The tool can accurately calculate future weight and BMI. It cannot promise that a particular percentage loss will remove diabetes, normalise blood pressure or cure sleep apnoea for an individual.
