MY TIMBER · PROVIDER PILOT
Keep your male patients supported between and after treatment.
You keep the clinical relationship. My Timber keeps the practical day-to-day support running around it.
My Timber is SHIFT's free member app for food, movement, check-ins, Life Back, everyday coaching and after-treatment support. It does not prescribe, change doses or replace your clinical monitoring.
The gap we are trying to solve
Prescribing and dispensing are only part of the journey. Men still need somewhere useful to go between appointments, when motivation drops, when food noise changes, or when treatment eventually stops.
A provider pilot gives your patients access to the same My Timber product alongside your clinical service, without asking you to replace your own patient pathway.
My Timber stays free to the man. Provider funding would cover an agreed pilot layer around onboarding, support and aggregate measurement; it would not unlock the core app or buy access to an individual's private record.
What a pilot could include
Before and during treatment
Today, Grub, Fit, check-ins, Life Back and practical everyday support.
After treatment
A 12-week starting pathway through appetite patterns, food, movement, headspace and Life Back, with support continuing afterwards.
Aggregate proof
We can measure starts, mature week-4 return and member-reported helpfulness without giving a provider access to private member free text.
What stays with you
- Clinical assessment and prescribing decisions.
- Dose changes, stopping or restarting treatment.
- Medicine monitoring and clinical follow-up.
- Your own regulated processes and patient relationship.
SHIFT does not present My Timber as a substitute for those responsibilities.
What we would prove first
Start small. Agree a defined group, give them access, then judge the pilot on whether men actually come back and whether the practical steps help.
The core product signal is week-4 return plus the proportion of answered steps marked “It helped”. We also track staff time so the support model has to be useful and sustainable.
